Y'all....

This is Katie Leung, a Scottish actress of Chinese descent.  She was in a few films - you may have heard of them - where she played a character called Cho Chang.

This is Rachel Rostad, an American poet of Korean descent.  She was recently in a video which went viral.  The topic of her video was the worthlessness of Cho Chang.

As you can see, these two admittedly lovely ladies look absolutely nothing - and by the way, sound nothing - alike.

And yet....
alleyleeplz asked: I'm honestly interested to know why you accepted money to play a role in a movie that you did not agree with. I can understand why you feel the way you do, (whether I agree or not is arbitrary), but what I don't get is why you would go ahead and accept money to play the part, and then get pissed off about said part and make a public statement. Why, then, did you accept the role in the first place if you feel this way about it? Honestly.
*blink* Honestly.

In way, she kinda answers her own question.
