    "Pre: from Middle English, from Old French, from Latin prae-, from prae, before, in front.
    And Justice: From Middle English juste, ("just fer us, lawful, righteous, true, due, proper in white eyes,”), from ius (“law, right”)."

    Prejustice is a retributive action (measured with proportionate response) to suspicions proven through lack of evidence. Therefore, Prejustice is what a lynching victim receives in lieu of litigation. Designed by pious white men of old, its purpose was to mete out just and equitable treatment to uppity Negros.
